Riding requirements depend on the type of activity and the applicable regulations. Before confirming your booking, our team will explain the exact requirements for your chosen option.

You can ride from the age of 18, or from 16 with valid authorisation from a parent or legal guardian.

Each jet ski can carry a maximum of two people. The displayed price is per jet ski, not per person.

This depends on the booked option, sea conditions and the team’s instructions. Please ask before departure.

No. Submitting the form creates a booking request. The booking is confirmed only after our team checks availability and explicitly confirms it.

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to complete check-in, prepare the equipment and attend the safety briefing.

If Aqua Rides Club determines that conditions are not safe, you will be offered a new date or a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation is free at least 48 hours in advance. Between 48 and 24 hours before the activity, you may request a date change without a refund. With less than 24 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show, the amount paid is forfeited.

Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and identification. Our team will provide the safety equipment required for the activity.

We only recommend bringing devices with reliable waterproof protection. The company is not responsible for loss or damage that is not directly attributable to it.

Departure is from Cap Blanc 14 in Santa Margarida, Roses.

Parking is available in nearby streets around Santa Margarida. During the high season, allow additional time to find a space.
