Required documents
Bring a valid identity document such as a national ID card or passport. It is also useful to have access to your booking confirmation and the phone number used to contact our team.
If a 16- or 17-year-old will be riding, valid authorisation from a parent or legal guardian must be provided. The exact requirements will be confirmed before the activity.
What clothing should you wear?
The easiest option is to arrive already wearing your swimwear. This makes the preparation quicker and avoids having to change immediately before departure.
We also recommend bringing:
- A towel.
- Dry clothes for afterwards.
- Flip-flops or comfortable footwear.
- A technical shirt or rash vest if you have sensitive skin.
- A bag for wet clothes.
You do not need specialist nautical clothing. Our team will provide the safety equipment required for the activity.
Sun protection
Sun exposure can feel stronger at sea because light reflects off the water. Apply sunscreen before arriving, ideally a water-resistant product with a suitable protection factor.
You may wear sunglasses, but they should be secured with a strap. A cap can be useful while waiting, although it will normally need to be removed before the activity begins.
It is also advisable to hydrate before departure, especially during the hottest months.
What should you leave on shore?
During a jet ski tour, personal belongings may get wet or fall into the water. We recommend leaving the following items behind:
- Your full wallet.
- Jewellery or loose accessories.
- Watches that are not water resistant.
- Unnecessary keys.
- Phones without a waterproof case and secure attachment.
Bring only what you really need. The company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage that is not directly attributable to it.
Can I bring my phone?
Yes, provided it is kept inside a reliable waterproof case and attached securely to your body.
A pouch worn only around the neck may become uncomfortable or come loose during the ride.
Before departure, ask our team about the safest way to carry your phone during the activity.
Can I use a GoPro?
Yes, as long as you use a mount designed for water sports. Chest, wrist and helmet mounts are the most common options.
We do not recommend holding the camera in your hand while riding. You could lose it, and it may also reduce your control of the jet ski and your attention to the surroundings.
Arrive early
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before your confirmed time.
This allows enough time to:
- Check the booking.
- Prepare the equipment.
- Ask questions.
- Attend the safety briefing.
- Begin the activity without rushing.
Late arrival may reduce the available riding time when other bookings follow yours.
Listen carefully to the safety briefing
Even if you have ridden a jet ski before, listen to the team’s instructions. Each area, machine and activity may have specific rules.
During the briefing, you will learn how to accelerate, stop, maintain a safe distance and follow the instructor’s directions.
Quick checklist before leaving
Before you leave your accommodation, check that you have:
- A valid identity document.
- Your booking confirmation.
- Swimwear.
- A towel.
- Sunscreen.
- Dry clothes.
- Water to stay hydrated.
- Parental authorisation where required.
- A waterproof case if you plan to bring your phone.
Where does the activity start?
